colorless crystal, melting point: 161-162. Solubility: 0.05MG/L in water, 100G/KG in propanone and dimethyl formamide(DMF); 50G/KG in hypnone and cyclohexanone; <10G/KG in cyclohexane, 2-ethoxylethanol and kerosene; 35G/KG in 3,5,5- trimethylcyclohexyl-2- ketene, 20G/KG in xylene
Stability: DT50 16-20 weeks in soil
Toxicity:
Acute by oral for rats, LD50>2000MG/KG; for mice>1000MG/KG; Acute by skin for rats, LD50>2000MG/KG. No blight on rats that were feeded with the feed containing 1600MG/KG for 14 days in sub-toxicity test, and not case mutagenicity.
Preparation:
WP, SC(500G/KG). Mixing preparation: COUGAR,SC (diflufenican+isoproturon), 600GAI/L)
Application: it is a broad-spectrum selective herbicide for wheat field, used before or after sprouting as 125-250G/HA to prevent and remove gramineous weeds and broad leaved weeds, especially for cleavers, speedwell and violet weed. Adding 1.5-2.0KG isoproturon into 200-250G this product, the effect on slender foxtail can be increased by 50% to 95%; used as 180G-250G/HA. The effect on gramineous weeds is up to about 90%. This product can inhibit carotenoid biosynthesis, which lead to the damage of chlorophyl and the breaking of cell membrane. |
